Greetings! I'm Matthew Gust, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with The Epworth League, Inc. My affiliation with this organization began back in 2013, during my time as a student at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. It all started with the Texas Spring Break Mission Trip in Surfside Beach, Texas, an experience that forever changed the course of my life.

During that memorable Texas Spring Break Mission Trip, I took my first steps on the path of my faith. Through service, spiritual development, and community engagement; this trip served as the foundation upon which I would build my dedication to The Epworth League's mission.

Fueled by the inspiration of that pivotal experience, my journey with The Epworth League has taken me through a myriad of transformative programs and initiatives. These include: Multiple Texas Spring Mission Trips, Summer Discipleship Intensive Program, The Christian Disciple Farm, Rockies Spiritual Retreat, The Epworth League Ecotour, and countless service and community engagement activities.

My journey with The Epworth League has reinforced my commitment to values of hospitality by nurturing an environment where individuals feel a sense of belonging, allowing them to use their God-given gifts to the fullest. My goal is to make a lasting impact in the lives of young adults, spreading the Good News of God’s love, grace, and teachings not only to our members but also to the broader community.
